These terms govern your use of Vela, an app provided by Vela Tech LLC. By using Vela, you agree to these terms.
Vela is an AI personal assistant intended to help with everyday tasks like scheduling, health tracking, travel, and communication. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vela, and you're responsible for keeping your account secure.
Vela uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, estimates, and recommendations. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Vela is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice — always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
Some features let Vela hand off to third-party services (such as flight, hotel, or ride-booking platforms) on your behalf. Vela may pre-fill information to speed up your search, but you complete and confirm any purchase yourself. Payments processed through Vela's own subscription are handled securely via Stripe.
If you ask Vela to schedule a message to be sent automatically (such as a birthday text), you're responsible for the content and timing of that message. You can cancel a scheduled message at any time before it sends.
You agree not to use Vela to:
Vela Pro is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Vela is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vela Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on Vela's responses or recommendations.
We may update these terms as Vela evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
